My name is Charles Francis Black and I am a singer and songwriter based in Nashville, TN. I describe the songs I write as bringing together folk, rock and western blues with strong melodies, timeless lyrics and a dreamlike quality. Some of my influences are Tom Petty, Johnny Cash and Leonard Cohen.

I’ll be playing all over town in 2026 and putting out plenty of new music.
